Chris Cakes Breakfast will be available from 7:30 am until 10:00am. Cost is $5.00 per person includes all you can eat pancakes, 4 link sausages and orange drink.

Divisions are determined by the year of birth of the boy or girl.

ENTRY FEES:

All Athletes are required to purchase a 2008 AAU card!  Visit www.aausports.org to obtain your card.  Cost: $12   You must print your card (s) from the website.    Entry Fee for Meet: $12 PER ATHLETE   Please access the following link for online registration www.region8 aau.org then click on Missouri Valley, scroll down to the 2008 schedule, select May 17, 2008 then proceed with registration.  Registration will close at midnight on May 14, 2008

PRIMARY DIVISION  

Track & Field:  100 Meter Dash,  200 Meter

Dash,  400 Meter Dash, 800 Meter run, Long Jump, Shot Put (6 lbs)  

SUB BANTAM & BANTAM DIVISIONS 

 Track & Field:  100 Meter Dash 200 Meter Dash 400 Meter Dash, 800 M Run, 1500 Meter, 1500 M Racewalk, Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put (6lbs.)

SUB MIDGET & MIDGET DIVISIONS

Track & Field:  100 M Dash,  200 M Dash,   400 M Dash,   800 M Run,   1500 M Run,  3000 M Run,  1500 M Racewalk,   80 M Hurdles (8-30"),  Long Jump, High Jump, Discu (1.0kg), Shot Put (6lbs.)

SUB YOUTH &YOUTH DIVISIONS

Track & Field: 100 M Dash,  200 M Dash , 400 M Dash, 800 M Run, 1500 M Run, 3000 M Run, Javelin (600 grams), 100 M Hurdles (10-33" - B), 100 M Hurdles (10-30"-G), 200 M Hurdles (5-30"), Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot Put (4 kg -B), Shot Put (6 lbs.) -G, Discus (1.0 kg)  

 LIMITATIONS: 

Primary thru Midget are limited to 3 events. 

Sub-Youth & Youth are limited to 4 events. 

FALSE START: 

1 False start per athlete in each running events. 

FIELD EVENTS: 

FOUR (4)  ATTEMPTS PER EVENTS! 

COMPETITION: 

ABSOLUTELY NO PARENTS OR COACHES ALLOWED ON THE FIELD! 

Competitors and Coaches should be alert to announcements on the P.A. system. 

Running events always take precedence. 

Athletes have 5 minutes to return to finish their field events. 

MEDALS: 

Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 finishers in each event. 

Ribbons awarded to 4th,5th, and 6th place finishers. 

CONCESSIONS: 

Concessions will be available the day of the Meet.
